1978 GMC “Jimmy” High Sierra 4×4. 79,900 actual miles. Special ordered by original owner from a GMC dealership in Brush, Colorado. This Jimmy is a limited edition, highly optioned “Little General”. 400 cubic inch motor has 2500 miles on the rebuild. Motor professionally rebuilt and balanced, bored 0.30 over, has RV cam, hardened valves for unleaded fuel and Edelbrock 600 electric choke carburetor. Tires have 2000 miles on them. Automatic TH350 transmission, electric windows and locks, AM/FM/8track, cruise control, tilt steering wheel and rare factory tach. All fluids changed and front wheel bearings packed. AC rebuilt and converted to R134. New brake system. New custom exhaust with stainless steel echo tips. New heater core and radiator. New fuel tank. New Rancho shocks and steering stabilizer. Windows tinted. This Jimmy has no rust or rust repair ever. The paint and wood grain sides are original. Everything works on the Jimmy. This is a prime example of a “True Survivor”.
